This app will add a second Microsoft Exchange account to your iPhone or iPod Touch.

To use hit the plus button in the app and wait for the dialogue to appear that it is finished. Then go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > SRV2 and edit that to your second account's needs.
