Compatible with iOS 9

With the introduction of 3D touch, folders were left out. Appendix adds 3D touch support to folders by allowing you to quickly launch apps without the need to actually open the folder.

If your device does not support 3D Touch natively, check out revealMenu on Cydia.

Configure options from Settings.

- Fixed bug where shortcuts would not be immediately touchable

- fixed bug that caused a crash while moving folders
