Compatible with iOS 10, 11 and 12

Allows iOS 11 style autorotation of home screen, stacked rotation style, and adds LS, CC and spotlight rotation. Also has option for alternate / shifted layout of control center in portrait and landscape orientations. Looks great on larger iPhone models. iOS 10.0-10.3.x

Settings improved using user defaults and objc-arc. No resprings needed / instant changes.
New option to rotate homescreen while dragging an icon. (iOS 11-12 only for that option)
