Battery Passcode is a new tweak that allows you to set your passcode to the current battery percent. So if the battery was at 65%, you would use 0065. And so forth. Make sure to type in the original password first to configure and make sure battery percentage is on, otherwise it will be a bit complicated :p. Enjoy
