Set a custom background color on the app switcher
Default color is Black.

Configure options from Settings.

- forgot to check if the tweak was "enabled" or "disabled" for "Hide Grey Overlay" (it worked no matter what)

Updated preferenceBundle and added the ability to hide the grey overlay on the app switcher (thanks @cpdigdarkroom for pointing out what methods control the grey overlay)
