Tweak to enable mail notifications in iDrive

The BMW vehicles equipped with a bluetooth option are capable of displaying notifications from a mobile device on the vehicle’s iDrive screen.
However, the BMW iDrive is not fully compatible with the iPhone/iPad bluetooth notification subsystem.
In order to get notifications from the iOS device, the user needs to change some iOS notification settings every time when he enters the vehicle.
This tweak does that programatically. The user doesn’t have to take the device out of his pocket to get notifications on the vehicle’s screen.
The notification are currently limited to mail notifications.
