Compatible with iOS 9

This tweak makes your status bar breadcrumbs ("< back to xy") look like the breadcrumbs in iOS 10. Also the WiFi/Data indicator is always visible.

No options to configure.

- Fix "back to" appearing in some languages
- Fix signal strength appearing randomly

Fix a bug where the tweak would keep the Wi-Fi/data status bar item visible when unnecessary.
