Requires iOS 7

Adds a brightness slider (and a rotation lock button) in the iOS media player.

Configure options from Settings.

Not compatible with RotateVideo.

Fixed issues with BrightPlayer being loaded into CommCenter (thanks to sbingner)

Made the slider and rotation lock button transparent to match the other controls.
Added an icon by Matt Sellers.
