Enables network search in automatic network selection mode.
Enter the carrier section in settings and view available networks even when the automatic toggle is turned on, so that the user can check if a better network they can switch to is available, without turning the automatic toggle off.
It only works when you're in the view and automatically turns off when the user enters the default 'manual' mode where the user selects a network. It turns back on when automatic mode is enabled.
