Some like their ControlCenter to be smaller others have tweaks that changes screen resolution (like LittleBrother) either.
So this tweak can scale your ControlCenter either 110% or down to 90%.

Not working well with CCSettings but works perfectly with FlipControlCenter!
You will notice that changes will be made without a respring but these changes are not quite right so please respring.
