Compatible with iOS 8.x only

Replace the recent contacts list in the iOS 8 app switcher with a useful row of switches. Thanks to Alfonso Dingo Torres (@CPVideoMaker) for the concept.

Configure options from Settings.

• Fixes an issue causing long press actions to trigger multiple times.
• Disables installation on iOS 9, in preparation for Cobalia 2.
