After installation,
Launch setting app > Tap "Color Keyboard" > Tap "Select Themes" > ( Select theme which you want. ) > Tap back button > Tap "Save" button which is placed at top right corner.

Themes folder is /Library/ColorKeyboard/Themes/
No new icons are added to your homescreen. You can configure options from your Settings app.
