CyDelete lets you uninstall Cydia applications directly from the SpringBoard just like normal AppStore applications. Just hold a SpringBoard icon down and tap on the X and the app will be uninstalled. The reinstall, load Cydia and install the app again.

Configure options from Settings.

Update 1.0.2:
Uninstall now purges config files left over.
Uninstall now removes unused dependencies.
Added package conflicts to deb control.
Added ability to uninstall Activator.
After uninstalling Activator user is prompted to respring.

Fix file permission that was causing the uninstallation to fail.
