If your wallpaper don't show, Please read this.
You should set the Current Wallpaper to DIYWallpaper, in Settings->Wallpaper->Select New Wallpaper，
then you should see an image with "Home Screen", then Click it. Set the "Home Screen" to Home Screen,
and Set the "Lock Screen" to Lock Screen.
Then Your DIY Wallpaper will take effect.
