Disables rebuilding of app icon caches when finalizing item installation in Cydia.(uicache) This may result in improved installations times for some items, however, it will cause newly installed app icons to not appear and stop explicit package-invoked cache refreshing.
If you experience problems mentioned above, you can disable this tweak from Settings.
