Like to see Favorites on Notification Center? Love to manage them without launching the Phone app? Then this is the tweak you must have. The all in one Favorites manager from Today’s screen of Notification Center, allows to manage Favorites with ease. With this you can add & delete favorites from Notification Center.
This does not add icon on your SpringBoard. To turn on or off, Favorites on your Notification Center, you must unlock your device, launch Notification Center, tap on 'Edit' (bottom) and follow standard procedure of removing items from a table. Refer screenshots for more information.
To see Favorites on your Notification Center when your device is locked, you must turn on 'Today' option from Settings -> Touch ID & Passcode -> Allow Access When Locked (section).
