In this case, assume Flash = Torch for a good tweak name :P
Enable Flash button (in Torch mode, like in Video Preview) in Panorama mode to toggle Torch.
Torch can help you a bit when where you are going to capture Panoramic images is dark.
Requires iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 or iPod touch 5G or newer running iOS 6 or above
