Replace QWERTZ and Bulgarian keyboard layout with Colemak layout

Colemak is a modern alternative to the QWERTY and Dvorak layouts
designed for efficient and ergonomic touch typing in English.

How to use:
Option 1.
General-> Keyboard-> Keyboards-> (your keyboard)-> Choose Software Keyboard Layouts-> Colemak

Option 2.
General-> Keyboard-> Keyboards-> Add New Keyboard..-> Colemak

No options to configure,see screenshot below.

Two colemak keyboards layout to choose from:
-the one that replace the bulgarian keyboard have useful extra keys
-the one that replace the qwertz layout is more clean and has the benefit of the big qwertz layout keys, better auto correction and detection
