Compatible with iOS 9

This tweak enables Apple's internal contact information on your lock screen, right below slide to unlock. Apple enables this on internal installs so if they get stolen or misplaced, Apple's contact information is enabled.

In iOS 6, it was easy to enable this by editing the model definitions file and adding the capability "apple-install-internal". Unfortunately, in iOS 7, this file went away and if you added the capability you would get the "prototype settings" (root settings) each time you hit volume up. This tweak solves the issue by enabling the option only when the lockscreen is activated, so you don't have to deal with it.

Options to configure are in Settings. This tweak requires iOS 9, however iOS 8 and 7 may work. iOS 6 does not appear to support it.
