In current public versions of iOS, only iPhones get a blurred backdrop behind the keyboard while iPads are left with ugly solid black. This tweak simply gives iPads the blurred keyboard.
Note: If you're using an iPad which is unable to blur anything (such as control centre), this tweak will do nothing
