KeepSecret lets you switch off "Kept" receipts on iOS 8.
iOS automatically sends these notifications to people when you save an audio or video message from them.
No new icons are added to your home screen - you can toggle "Send Kept Receipts" in the Messages section of the Settings app, or using FlipSwitch/Activator.
