Compatible with iOS 7 and 8

Bring back the iOS 6 icon ghosting APIs to iOS 7 with some extra features!

Supports winterboard themes, caching, and works with ClassicDock (but doesn't require it) to bring the full ghosting effect!

Screenshot shows usage example in ClassicSwitcher (1.4 beta and higher).

Requires 3rd-party tweak support to utilize features.

Couldn't help but notice the visual inaccuracy compared to iOS 6 in the previous version. Fixed it.

Rewrote for iOS 8 (well I did lose the source so I couldn't update it anyways but oh well xD)
