LinkCollector is a tweak that will delay opening links in Safari, instead it collects them and shows a notification banner, which you can tap to open that link and all previously collected links. If you want to open the collected links after the banner has disappeared you can also switch to Safari and tap the blue bar that appears when you have collected links.
For example, reading a bunch of tweets you can click on links you find interesting and then open them all at once, saving you from switching between apps multiple times.
Settings allow you to turn off the status bar item that shows the number of collected links and enable the tweak for selected, all or no apps.
