Not compatible with iOS 5
Makes iOS display a confirmation dialog before switching to another application due to a YouTube/AppStore/etc URL that you may have accidentally tapped within an app, or were unaware that it'd try switching to another application.
There are no new icons added to the homescreen, and there are no options to configure.
