No Respring Needed for Enabling and Disabling the Main Tweak Switch: Just Kill the Target Apps from the Switcher and Open Them again to See the Instantaneous Changes (The Respring Button is Provided Anyway).
Enabling/Disabling the Apps in List is Instantaneous!
