This simple Notification Centre widget lets you easily add a speed dial function to Notification Centre. Simply press and hold for a second on the info button and enter the number to set the speed dial to, and you're all set up. Just tap the phone icon to initiate the call.
Enable this addon from Settings > Notificaitons
