There is a bug that affects devices on iOS 13.3 and lower that does not display subtitles in the Arabic language at the correct size. It might affect other languages as well.

This tweak allows you to override the subtitle font size. By default, the override value is a size of 80.0. The minimum is 20.0 and there is no maximum value. You can change the font size by long pressing the audio & subtitles button. The font will change the next time you play / pause the title.

Unfortunately this fix isn't working for all titles. The tweak is open source, so if you want to try to fix this issue, please feel free! Here is a link to the source code on Github
