Compatible with iOS 7.1+, 8 and 9
This tweak function changes nothing in iOS 7.0, no need to install.
Not to be confused. This tweak function is opposite to Contrast70 tweak's.
The iOS 7.1's Reduce Transparency feature may be friendly with battery usage. But not for the UI looks. The gray backgrounds may not looking good for manys. (Including me) Reverting the reduce transparency methods to the one in iOS 7.0 may be better. Check out screenshot...
