Compatible with iOS 8, 9, 10 and 11

Ever gone to use the search section on either the App Store or iTunes Store and got annoyed at the trending searches showing or have you accidentally tapped one? That will no longer happen with NoTrending as it removes that section.

No options to configure.

- Added iOS 11 support. Massive thanks to AndyWiik for coding this since it wasn't something I could manage.

- Changed maintainer to both of us due to so much code being used by Andy.

Known issue on iOS 11 is that the "Trending" text is not removed.
