Compatible with iOS 9, 10, and 11.

All devices running iOS 11.2.6 and higher do not need this tweak installed -- Apple patched it in 11.2.6

Prevents Telugu characters from crashing apps and SpringBoard. This tweak replaces the Telugu character with "❌Removed❌", preventing a crash (and a potential bootloop).

The crashing process is blocked systemwide for iOS 10, and partially for iOS 11 (full support for notifications and partial support in apps)
