Compatible with iOS 9 and 10

NougatShortcuts is a new tweak to theme your 3D Touch menus. Instead of the default menus, Nougat shortcuts models the cells to look like Android Nougat 7.1.

It doesn't stop there though, there are a bunch of options to theme it the way you want. You can change how round the corners are, and even change the color scheme. Its current themes are:
- White
- Transparent
- Black
- Dark transparent

Configure options from settings.

- Actually fixed the bugs below this time (uploaded wrong file)

- Fixed an issue with Noctis where there would be a colored box behind the cells
- Titles and icons now color correctly with Noctis


- Support for iOS 10! Dark themes aren't working perfectly yet, if any developer knows how to properly whiten the icon and text in each cell please let me know
- Added a smooth press animation when your finger is over a cell
