Compatible with iOS 8
Normally when the physical mute/ringer switch is switched and the screen is asleep while `Vibrate on Silent` is disdabled, the screen wakes up. This tweak makes it stay asleep.
You will only notice a change if you have use `Vibrate on Silent` disabled. Otherwise you do not need this tweak.
