This tweak is for all those who don't like lockscreen wallpaper zooming animation, which can't be disabled by reduce motion option. This tweak can remove that animation permanently. This tweak also provides the settings panel where you can toggle the animation at will. You can also let the animation enabled only if reduce motion option is disabled.
