Delete the OTA Update Badge on the Settings app! Just install, run the app and voila! The magic has done it's work, and you are now OTA badge free! If the badge re-appears, run the app again.
If the OTA Update Badge Re-Appears for whatever reason, just run the app again.
If you wish, you can also manually run this app via Mobile Terminal by running the command "OTABegone".
