Compatible with iOS 8, 9, 10 and 11

This tweak forces older apps to stretch to fit newer devices' screens. It also just so happens to fix some visual glitches caused by screen resolution modifications (ie Upscale, LittleBrother, etc.)
No options to configure

- Fix bug that would display stretched icon at launch
- Add preference icon
- Add "Compatibility Mode" to attempt to make apps look better when "Enabled Applications" makes them look distorted (dont have the two enabled at the same time)
- Fix compatibility issues with iOS 8/9
