Compatible with iOS 7, 8 and 9
This tweak changes power alerts into unobtrusive notification banners(such as the warnings for low battery). Effects found from LowPowerBanner(which does not work on ios7 as of 2/25/14) will be implemented into this tweak in the future. This tweak is meant for iOS7/8 devices and is compatible for 64 bit devices as well.
