Compatible with iOS 10

Prefer a priority for your WiFi networks! This tweak will allow you to place 2 WiFi networks, and make you connect to the first one, and if it's down, it'll try the second one.

Changes:

- An option to disable WiFi after 15 seconds.
- Fixed the crashes.
- Fixed the lag.
