ProceduralWallpaperLoader is a MobileSubstrate based tweak that let developers load procedural wallpaper bundles in /Library/ProceduralWallpaper, preventing respring loop caused by invalid bundle.
This is a support library; it does nothing by itself, but other tweaks may require it's installation.
