An iOS 7 exclusive tweak. Kill all apps in the iOS app switcher via a long hold on the app cards/snapshots.

No options to configure, see below for screenshots.

- Tweaked preference panel header view and added more options via the more info button.
- More and improved localization support. Known issue - system and user application strings not translated.
