Enhance the Remote.app
You must be installed from the AppStore in advance Remote.app.
You can tweet from your iPhone a song being played in iTunes on the PC.
1. Launch the Remote.app
2. Press and hold the information of the song OR Tap the button at the bottom of the screen
3. Tweet screen comes out

Twitter (iOS5 or higher), Facebook (iOS6), Tweetbot, Twitter, Echofon, Echofon Pro..
