Compatible with iOS 9 and 10

This tweak adds a progress bar under the Apple logo during resprings that shows you SpringBoard's current launch progress. It shows the progress on reboots as well, but not until fairly late in the boot process, when backboardd gets spawned. This is compatible with iPhones and iPads running iOS 9 and 10.

No options to configure.
