Disable the pass code if substrate is loaded, therefore the pass code will only be prompted in Safemode or No-Substrate mode.
This is useful if you use an tweak that locks or hides apps, but is rendered useless in Safemode. Now if safemode is launched the apps will still be locked out due to the stock pass code prompt.
