Allows you to enable or disable both Silent mode and Ring mode vibrate options at the same time.
This toggle is designed for users who need their Silent mode and Ring mode vibrate features both on or both off at the same time. If you need your Silent mode vibrate "on" while your Ring mode vibrate is "off" or vice versa, this toggle will not work for you. Instead you should download "Silent Vibrate SBSettings Toggle and "Ring Vibrate SBSettings Toggle".
Combined with Silent/Ringer toggle from Tom Zickel, this toggle will allow you to turn your iPhone completely silent by removing all ringing sound and vibration.
It can also be used with SBSchedule.
