Smart Search expands Spotlight’s capabilities by allowing you to search from the following sources:
- App Store
- iTunes Store
- Google
- TMDb (The Movie Database)
- YouTube
- Wikipedia
- Spotify
- SoundCloud
- Reddit
- Dictionary
When you tap on a search result, the corresponding app will be launched if you have it installed. Otherwise, Safari will be launched.
There are settings that allow you to select which search plugins are active and in which order they are presented.
