Compatible with iOS 10

This tweak enchances 3D touch
- It removes lag from 3D touch
- 3D touch wil also be smoother
- The blur is removed

Thanks to @dylanbreda.076 for removing blur

No options to configure.

There was a bug that the blur wasnt removed and the smooth didn't work

This tweak maybe crash on iOS 9 support will be added in the feature
The tweak is only test and confirmed to work in ios 10

- This version fixes the bug so the tweak is does now work
