Send and receive native SMSes with your iPad 3G.
All you need is an iPad 3G and a carrier plan with SMS.
Users on the default AT&T iPad 3G data plan do not have SMS, but you can obtain a micro SIM card tied to an account with an SMS plan, put it into your iPad, and then use SwirlySMS. CDMA iPads (for example from Verizon) are not compatible.
