Allows a terminal sessions(s) to automatically run in background using the screen command. This is a must have if you use MobileTerminal or SSH and want to resume your sessions when returning to MobileTerminal or connecting through SSH.

Added "Waiting for USER to continue...", which prevents MobileTerminal app from executing script twice due it having two sessions. This reduces the chance of a fork exception. Sorry if resuming is not as seamless anymore.

iOS 7 users need to update "ncurses" package to latest version

Listed "ncurses" as a dependency in package

Fixed issue with package that caused main script to not be updated
