ThumbsUp adds activator gestures for Pandora commands and convenient and fully functional thumbs up and thumbs down buttons to the lockscreen when Pandora is playing. The buttons function just as they would in the Pandora app and allow you to skip/thumbs down a song, thumbs up a song, and bookmark a song by holding down the thumbs up button.
Note: Lockscreen buttons must be enabled from the ThumbsUp settings
