Compatible with iOS 9

This tweak makes your incoming banner notifications look more like the notifications inside the Twitter app.

-Fix SpringBoard crash when using maps to navigate
-Fix animation on iPad

Added a preference pane to enable/disable, set speed and hide the grabber for TinyBar support.
Also cut iOS <9 support, because apparently it doesn't work and I have no means of testing fixes on lower versions.
