Compatible with iOS 7, 8 and 9
This tweak enables Video Zoom feature in unsupported iDevices such as iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4 and iPad mini 1G
But Apple gives us a low maximum zoom factor, just 3x, so this tweak also allows you to unlock that limitation, set that factor to whatever, but must be larger than 1x.
